It is very powerful anionic wetting and rewetting agent.

Product Characteristics

Appearance:Pale Yellow to colourless Clear liquid

Nature:Dicotly Sodium Sulphosuccinate & Anionic

Stability: Hard water, very good hydrolysis takes place in presence of strong acids and alkali, rate of hydrolysis is accelerated at higher temperature.Alkali/ Acid
PH (1% Sol'n):

Application

For cotton, viscose, polyester & their blend with polyester, wool & silk as a wetting & rewetting agent.

Method of Applications & Uses

  • Aji wet – OTL is mainly used as a powerful wetting and rewetting agent.
  • 1 GPL of Aji wet – OTL can be used for wetting of textile substrate.
  • 1 GPL of Aji wet – OTL in compatible finishing bath gives excellent rewetting properties mainly for (A) Improved absorbency of terry towels (B) Improves print ability on knitted woven fabrics Add 2 times cold water on to Aji wet – OTL white stirring and then take if for use.
  • It can be used in printing paste to increase penetration 1-2 GPL is suggested for reactive print.
  • It can be used in Disperse print 3GPL instead of accelaratot along with defoamer.
  • Advantage
  • It increase water absorbency, hence the bleaching, dyeing, printing results are very even.
  • It gives proper fixing on flat on flat belt printing machine.
  • As the fabric is padded with Aji wet-OTL it sticks properly with adhesive of the blanket.
